2 inches = 25 miles

Find the amount of miles for each inch.

25/2 = 12.5

1 inch = 12.5

Divide 60 miles with 12.5 miles to find the amount of inches.

60/12.5 = 4.8

4.8 inches = 60 miles

hope this helps
