The Muslim group that is predominant is Shi'ia. Shias follow to the lessons of Muhammad and the religious leaders of his or his descendants known as Shia Imams. There are also huge Shia people in Afghanistan, India, Kuwait, Lebanon, Pakistan, Qatar, Syria, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
