Given the diagonals are 12cm and 16cm
⇒ Area = 1/2(12 x 16) = 96 cm²

Find side of the rhombus:
a² + b² = c²
c² = 6² + 8²
c² = 100
c = √100
c = 10

Perimeter = 4 x 10 = 40 cm

Answer; Area = 96 cm², Perimeter = 40 cm
