Well the steps you would have to do would be to subtract the two amounts which would be 10000-6000 so it is a 4,000 dollar increase in 2010. For 2011 do the same thing which gives you an increase of 5,000. 4,000 of 10,000 is 40% while 5,000 of 15000 is 33% so you’re correct. 2010 had a greater increase.
