Since Q and R are independent, this means P(Q and R) = P(Q)*P(R)

P(Q and R) = P(Q)*P(R)
P(Q and R) = (4/5)*(4/11)
P(Q and R) = (4*4)/(5*11)
P(Q and R) = 16/55
