Why is God's unchangeable nature a source of comfort to his children?

Because God's nature is caring for his children and protecting them. So his children look up to him, pray to him. His children link of him as a true hero and father.

 because some of the world believes and some dont but it dont effect the way we destroy our planet if we truly believed we wouldn't be in a big mess like we are in now
