the minimum point on the graph of the equation y = f(x) is (-1,-3). what is the minimum point on the graph of the equation y=f(x)+5?

we have that

the rule of this transformation is equal to

(x,y) ------> (x, y+5)

so

(-1,3) -----> (-1,3+5)

(-1,8) is the minimum point
