Explanation:

PV = n RT        choose the correct "R"   to be 62.364  L torr /(K-mol)

   T  needs to be in K  (so add 273.15)

1351 torr  * 2 L  = n  * 62.364 * (21 + 273.15 )

solve for n = .147 moles
