Area of rectangle = Length × Breadth

AOR = 2x(3x - 4)

[tex] = {6x}^{2} - 8x[/tex]

Perimeter = 2Length + 2Breadth

= (2 × (3x + 4)) + (2 × 2x)

= 6x + 8 + 4x

= 10x + 8
