Ok so since we need to simplify -22+(-5)x6 let’s get started
Multiply -5 by 6
-22-30

Therefore the answer will be -52.

I’m still confused if you’re either assuming the variable x or the multiplication sign (x). So if you’re doing an algebra problem just be sure to use parentheses when you’re dealing with multiplication.
