I'm not sure what do you mean by renaming the number, but 4 thousand and seven hundreds is 4700. If it's easier for you, you can always write it as 4000 + 700 = 4700.

⇒4 thousand 7 hundred-------Number in Words

= 4×1,000 +7×100------Number in Expanded form

=4,000+700

=4,700-------Number in Figures
