circle area = PI * radius^2

circle area = 11^2 * PI

circle area = 121 * PI

That would be the area for the ENTIRE area but the circle but we are only dealing with 135 degrees of a circle so the area equals

121 * (135 / 360) * PI

= 45.375 PI
