You have to compare the ones, tenths, and hundredths place to order it.

So:

Smallest to Greatest: 2.02, 2.03, 2.2, 2.22, 2.23, 2.3.

Greatest to Smallest: 2.3, 2.23, 2.22, 2.2, 2.03, 2.02.
