Determine the slope of the line that passes through the points (0, -5) and (-6, 6).

Slope:

6 - (-5) / -6 - 0

11/-6

Slope= -11/6


Slope intercept form: y = mx + b

-5 = -11/6(0) + b

-5 = b


Answer: y = -11/6x - 5

y2-y1/x2-x1

6- (-5) / -6-0 = 11/-6
