the nearest ten would be 50, Just go up till the next 10,20,30,40,50,60,70.etc. all of them are by tens

40-44 is going down 45-49 is going up

Basically, for example, the last digit is over 4 then you round it to 50.

41-44 are considered rounded to the bottom, and 45-49 are rounded to 50.
