The area of the flower bed is 252 square feet.

To find the answer for this question, we first need to convert both dimensions to feet. We can do this by multiplying each one by 3.

7 yards * 3 = 21 feet

4 yards * 3 = 12 feet

Now that we have the dimensions, we can mutliply them together to get the total area.

l * w = a

12 * 21 = a

252 square feet = a
