Length (L): 4w - 7

width (w): w

Perimeter (P) = 2L + 2w

               136 = 2(4w -7) + 2(w)

               136 = 8w - 14 + 2w

               136 = 10w - 14

               150 = 10w

                 15 = w

Length (L): 4w - 7   = 4(15) - 7   = 60 - 7   = 53

Answer: width=15 m, length=53 m
