So for number 18. the two short sides MUST add up to be greater than the longest one. assuming this is the longest one with would have to be less than 21+19. so it would have to be under 40. at the same time assuming it's a small one and 21 is the greatest side. you'd need to find what adds with 19 to get you to 22. so 22-19= 3.
