8×7.59=60.72

0.10×60.70=6.072

60.72-6.072=54.648

That rounds to 54.65

The correct answer is $ 54.65

Hope this helps! :)

8 times $7.59 is $60.72 for the day

Minus 10% taxes that is:

$60.72 - (10/100) times 60.72 = $54.64

Meaning he paid $6.07 in taxes.
