Multiply the outside terms together to get 7*4=28.  Then multiply the radicands together to get sqrt(40).  That simplifies down to [tex] \sqrt{4*10}=2 \sqrt{10} [/tex].  Now multiply that by 28 to get [tex]56 \sqrt{10} [/tex]
