Solve this as you would an equation. Subtract 5x from both sides and subtract 7 from both sides and what you get is [tex]-10 \leq 2x[/tex]. Solve that for x and get that [tex]-5 \leq x[/tex] which of course means that [tex]x \geq -5[/tex] which is D in your choices.
